2. Eligibility & User Responsibilities

To access and complete micro-tasks on ABC Earnings, you agree to the following standards:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction) to participate.
• Accurate Information: You must provide an authentic name and reachable WhatsApp number when submitting proofs so reward notifications can be delivered.
• Lawful Use: You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or interference with our network servers.

3. Task Execution & Anti-Fraud Verification

ABC Earnings operates under strict quality-control protocols to maintain fair marketplace integrity for users and campaign sponsors:

• Fresh Proof Requirement: Every submission must include an authentic, newly captured screenshot confirming genuine task completion. Re-uploading previously used, recycled, or edited images is strictly prohibited.
• Cryptographic & Time Checks: Submissions undergo automated file checksum (MD5) matching and timestamp inspections. Duplicate hashes trigger immediate rejection.
• Timer & Step Integrity: When a task incorporates unlocking sequences or lock timers, users must complete each step honestly. Skipping steps or exploiting automated scripts will result in rejected claims.
• One Submission Per Task: Unless explicitly permitted by task instructions, submitting multiple claims for the same task using the same mobile number is restricted.

4. Rewards, Currencies & Payouts

Listed rewards are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs.) or US Dollars (USD / $) as specified on individual task cards:

• Rewards are credited and distributed only after manual or automated validation of your submitted proof.
• ABC Earnings reserves the right to withhold or decline payment if a submission fails verification, violates instructions, or contains fraudulent proof.
• All reward distributions are final once disbursed through our verified payout channels.

5. Referral Program Terms

Our platform includes an integrated 30-day cookie referral system allowing users to invite peers using a custom tracking link:

• Referral commissions are awarded only on validated, authentic task completions by the referred user.
• Self-referrals, opening multiple accounts on the same device to trigger commissions, or manipulating cookie parameters will result in forfeiture of bonuses and platform blacklisting.

7. Intellectual Property

The layout, styling, branding assets, custom code, and design of ABC Earnings are the intellectual property of ABC Earnings. You may not copy, reproduce, mirror, or reverse engineer any software, script, or component of this platform without prior written consent.

8. Termination & Access Restriction

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate access to ABC Earnings, without prior notice, for any user found engaging in fraudulent screenshot uploads, abusive communication, system manipulation, or violations of these Terms.

9. Modifications to the Terms

ABC Earnings reserves the right to amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted directly to this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
